During the 1st semester of the academic year 2017/2018, the Nursing School of Coimbra (ESEnfC) will welcome 54 incoming students from eight nationalities and 25 higher education institutions who will attend clinical training in the city's healthcare services under the scope of mobility programmes.
These young people, mainly from Spain (36) and Brazil (9), will be doing these clinical training periods in different units at the Coimbra Hospital and University Center, the Portuguese Oncology Institute (palliative care), and the healthcare centers of Celas, Eiras, Norton de Matos, Santa Clara, and São Martinho do Bispo.
The School will also welcome incoming students from Portugal (3 from the Nursing School of Porto), Italy (2), Austria (1), Finland (1) Hungary (1), and Mexico (1).
The ESEnfC National and International Relations Office, as well as the several teachers responsible for clinical supervision, will be responsible for these students’ integration.
