On December 16, 2015, the National and International Relations Office (GRNI) of the Nursing School of Coimbra (ESEnfC) organized a Christmas get-together with all national and international incoming students at the institution.
In this event, the School offered the students a taste of Portuguese traditional Christmas pastry: filhoses, sonhos, rabanadas and bolo-rei.
In the first term of the 2015-2016 school year, there are 42 mobility students at the School, mainly from Spain (26), followed by Brazil (6), Estonia (3), Portugal (3), Greece (2), Bulgaria (1) and Finland (1).
According to their institutions of origin, the Spanish students come from the University of Castilla-La Mancha, the Autonomous University of Madrid, the University of Cantabria, the University of Huelva –School of Nursing, the University of Granada –Campus of Melilla, the University School of Nursing of Leioa, the University School of Nursing of Donostia San Sebastian, the University of Alcalá, the Rovira y Virgili University, the University of Seville, the Zaragoza University, the University School of Nursing of Teruel, the University of Navarra, and the University of Valladolid.
The Brazilian students come from the University of São Paulo (Nursing School of Ribeirão Preto) and the UNIFRA - Franciscan University Center.
The students from Estonia attend the Tallinn Health Care College, while the Portuguese students come from the Porto Nursing College and the Polytechnic Institute of Guarda.
The Greek students come from the Alexander Technological Institute of Thessaloniki.
Finally, the two students from Bulgaria and Finland come from the Medical University-Plovdiv and the Tampere University of Applied Sciences, respectively.
