From April 7 to 11, the Coimbra Nursing School (ESEnfC) will host the Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) "Clinical Skills: Clinical Decision Making (CDM)", a short and intensive Erasmus mobility program that combines online and in-person activities using innovative learning and teaching methods. These include challenge-based learning, where transnational teams work together to tackle challenges such as those related to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals or other identified social challenges.
The Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) "Clinical Skills: Clinical Decision Making (CDM)" aims to develop skills in clinical decision-making, integrating cultural aspects. The activity started on January 27, 2024, with a virtual component of online classes and group presentations by international teams on March 5, 2025. The in-person component will take place from April 7 to 11, 2025, including classes, clinical simulation, active group dynamics, and cultural activities with all participants.
The program is funded by the Erasmus+ KA1 Mobility Program 2023-2025 of the European Union and is led by ESEnfC in partnership with Centria University of Applied Sciences (Finland), Universidad de Valladolid (Spain), and Università Vita-Salute San Raffaele (Italy).
