The main functions of the Procurement and Patrimony are the establishment of contacts with the suppliers of goods and services, as well as the identification of the School&39;s needs for material.
This Area is also responsible for the organisation of buying processes - public and limited competitions and contracts by direct adjustment - and their procedures, as well as the acquisition of material.
Other functions of the Procurement Service of the ESEnfC are: to guarantee a more effective management of the stocks, to distribute the material bought, in accordance with internal requisitions, duly authorised, and to maintain the inventory and the register of movable and immovable assets updated.
