The following are some of the tasks under the responsibility of the Human Resources Service of the ESEnfC: to prepare the processes of recruitment, promotion, prorogation, renovation or cessation of contracts, mobility issues, and admission and retirement of staff.
It is also under the responsibility of the Human Resources Area to process the payments (as well as other types of additional and supplementary remunerations), to schedule courses or training sessions for the staff, to instruct the processes of absences, licences, equivalence to scholarship holder, service exemption and accumulations, as well as the processes related to staff assessment.
This Service issues certificates, declarations, biographic and service time certificates. It also conducts the processes of concession of social benefits to the School staff and their relatives, namely the ones regarding child allowances, social protection of the officials and agents of Public Administration, pensions and subsidies.
