Project Summary
The knowledge developed is not usually translated automatically into behavior and organizational change, thus there are major gaps between recommended practices and healthcare delivery.
The key objective of this project is to decrease this gap and support international cooperation of professionals in healthcare.
The project aims to improve the skills of the project partners in evidence-based healthcare (EBHC), particularly in the implementation and utilization of evidence in healthcare clinical practice by training 24 healthcare professionals through the Evidence-Based Clinical Fellowship Programme (EBCFP). Each professional will develop a best practice implementation project in clinical practice, in a total of 24 projects that will contribute to innovate the current healthcare delivery practices in the partner countries.
